![]() Trading in such camps would increase their profit, resulting in a small town growing around them. ![]() Since the game takes place over a hero’s lifetime, many things can change Molyneux gave an example of a trade camp that the player could either help or destroy. The world in Fable II is fully dynamic, interactive and mostly free roaming with no set quest path to take. Divorce with the player’s spouse can occur, and can be initiated by either the spouse or the player themselves. In Fable II, it is possible for the player’s character to get married, including same-sex marriage, and have children. New features to the game included the opportunity to choose between playing as a male or female character, a fast-travel system, and a canine companion who can detect treasures and alert the player to nearby enemies. Players also can make decisions on how they act, affecting their characters’ morality and appearance as a result. Unless you have a controller hooked up to your PC and don’t mind the haze wait till all of this gets patched otherwise you’re in for a huge disappointment.Alongside the main story, players can engage in several side quests and repeatable jobs to earn money and rewards, build up a property empire, and customise their character with various clothing items, hairstyles, tattoos and makeup. This game needs a huge menu overhaul and that Haze needs to be disabled. Honestly I thought to my self the whole time I was playing I should just load up TLC and play that. It's so bad that I can't see any new real detail besides the game appearing to have more saturation. But I have a gaming rig and the screen is in my face I instantly notice haze and I know it wasn't in the first fable. I'm sure it's for depth on a widescreen TV. The graphics are maxed out so what is this film I'm seeing I spent hours messing with the settings it won't go away. ![]() This film is both in the menus and the game. I can see that everything has higher detail the problem is the game literally has a film or haze over it. The most annoying thing which needs to be patched NOW I'm surprised no one has complained about this. Or even better let us use the stupid mouse like really this is a PC game why can’t I use a mouse in the menus. I can even tell you a fix for the menu set Q and E to be section switches and have A and D change tabs. A Dark Souls port should not have been the goal here. I shouldn't have to press "Home, End, Page Up or Down" in order to view my quests. Also the old TLC menu is gone and it replaced with a menu that is meant for a console they make you use keys that are all over the key board in order to navigate. You can edit the controls for the game once you get in it but the navigation of menus require u to use the arrow keys. This is a console to pc port it's not as bad as dark souls but its close. You can edit the controls for the So where do I start with this. I give one point less of the perfect score because the fights didn't make that much fun anymore (they are still lot of fun) because the feel kind of old and the KI is sometimes acting very dumb (especially your companies or summons creatures). ![]() Sometimes the lip sync is off, I had to restart the game once because the time was not changing anymore and at one time the game crashed during a save (not that big of a deal because autosave had saved right before that) TL DR Fable is the same genius game it was back then with graphics from today. After completing the game I only found a very few bugs. I like that you can choose between two different controller mappings and mouse and keyboard. The game itself is the same as it was back then (with the TLC addon) and the DLC connent fits right in it. It is really like Fable was meant to be released 12 years later. At first I didn't like it because it was different, but then, after a hour or so, I found it quite beautiful. With the more Polygons the characters look strange, not as I used to know them. When I first stared the game (Anniversary) I was a bit estranged by the new artistic look. ![]() When I first stared the game (Anniversary) I was a bit estranged by the new I loved Fable back 2002. ![]()
